This short popped up in my feeds and I was intrigued by its combination of drums and a Japanese stringed instrument doing a rock cover. Fortunately I found a Instagram copy to post. Enjoy.

This short video led to a deep rabbit hole looking for other examples of Non-western musical instruments being used to perform rock music. There were a pair of sisters who did their top Five favorite Led Zeppelin covers, but their cheery demeanor was incredibly irritating. So I’ll spare you that one (third link below).  Instead I’ll share this version of Hotel California played on traditional Chinese instruments. Enjoy.
