After completing my B.A. in Journalism I made the decision to pursue a public school teaching credential. I made the decision late enough that I wasn’t able to get into any teacher credential program, even though I applied at CSUF and UCI (University California, Irvine). In the meantime, even though I was not accepted in the teacher credential program, I was able to take several courses that could be applied to getting my credential later.
