This one popped up in my feeds and it seems like a worthy distraction from the crap going on in this current era and a slight reminder that whatever we think is important or substantial or “forever” may become a mystery in the not-too-distant future. There is so much that we just don’t understand or even know about, much less to determine its “importance,” and yet we pretend to really know all of the important things in life. Ha! The first evidence of actual intelligence is the understanding that we really know so little and that our place in this reality is so finite. We should have more respect and deference to what has come before us and what will last long after we are gone. Happy Monday, y’all and Happy Indigenous Peoples Day. JBB
