Another winner… that should be seen in theaters (seat rumbling audio alone is something that I don’t know that my neighbors would appreciate me trying to replicate at home). I loved the Early 1960s conceit when things seemed a lot simpler and working towards solutions was more important than egos. It was nice seeing a world where you could have these mutated humans living in a giant skyscraper, with apparently unlimited resources, but they could walk around the corner to a favorite deli in the neighborhood where they grew up in, that hasn’t changed in decades.

I remember growing up in a world like that, where humans did amazing things like landing on the moon and it looked like we were going to make the world a better place than how we found it. I still believe that we have this capacity in us to live up to those expectations. I love that the movie included the Margaret Mead quote:

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has”

Enjoy. (Oh, I also snagged one of those cool Fantastic Four popcorn buckets!).
