1998 Spring Travels: FACT Magnet NYC Trip

This was my first school/work related trip and my first visit to the Big Apple. I don’t remember if I brought my 35mm camera for this trip, but I do remember experimenting with a brand new Sony digital camera that used 3.5-inch floppy disc for storage. I need to see if I can find any of those images. Besides visiting other magnet schools, the four of us, my principal and a teacher and principal from our neighboring middle school, roamed around town, visiting China Town, the Italian Quarter, Ellis Island and I spent two days wandering around the Natural History Museum across the street from Central Park. It was amazing. I really need to find those other pictures. Ack.
