This one popped up in my feed… I’m always concerned that the humor of my long distant youth won’t translate to current cultural tastes, or that whoever is in charge of this project has no regard for the source material and will just throw something up on the big screen because the caretakers of this IP was asleep at the wheel. Should I be concerned that this clip featured fart and butt jokes (including Daffy Duck’s bare plumber’s crack) and earned a PG rating? Then again, given the current chaos and mucking about by an administration that isn’t even in office yet, by the end of February seeing a talking pig and duck blow up the earth might be the salvation we’re all longing for. Oh boy. Happy Day Before Winter Solstice Day.
