This one popped up in my feed:

I always try to buy the CD or buy the MP3 (I don’t listen to enough “new” music to justify a monthly fee)… but ultimately I need it to be in MP3 format to play on my devices. Alas, I’ve purchased at least one CD from an independent artist only to discover that they put anti-ripping software on the disc to prevent making a legal personal MP3 copy. Ugh. I know that I’m no longer the target audience, not that I ever really was, but grandpa does like listening to music, but I’m more likely to listen to the same music over and over again or watch the same artists on YouTube…
