Franklin Documentary Project (Spring 1994)

Spring 1994. Drawing on my experiences and degree in Journalism I trained several teams of elementary students from Franklin Elementary in Santa Ana, CA to record and comment on events that took place during an Elective Day at their school. Each team shot their own video segments and I interviewed them about their experiences. I then edited the video, added my intro, graphics and a soundtrack. The original video was created in 1994, before I had access to computer-aided video editing, and was edited using multiple cameras and VHS VCRs. Enjoy.
